Pinned + Filtered Views in the Inbox

Some of our clients have matters that need to be addressed urgently, and while we do have labels in place for that, sometimes they get moved down in the inbox as more messages come in. It would be cool if we had a way to keep them near the top.
What might work in this case is creating a filtered view of conversations and "pinning" it to a spot in the inbox.
